A person wearing a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, white blouse, blue jeans, white boots, and a scarf stands beside four black and white Gypsy Vanner horses in a fenced outdoor area. The horses have long flowing manes and feathered hooves. Behind them, a mountainous landscape with dry grass and trees stretches under a bright blue sky.

Our Story

At the heart of Traveler Ranch are our cherished Gypsy horses gentle, soulful beings who bring magic, healing, and joy to all who meet them.

Our ranch was born from a lifelong passion for animals, the healing power of nature, and the belief that meaningful connection with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world can change lives. We are dedicated to creating a space where every guest feels seen, valued, and deeply cared for.

Meet Our Horses

Patti Ann

“The Keeper of the Land”

Born on April 22, 2013, and bred by Greenland Gypsy Farm, Patti Ann is a striking Piebald Gypsy Horse mare daughter of SD Hercules and West Rivers Annabelle. She arrived with legacy in her bloodline and a knowing in her eyes, as if the land had been waiting for her return.

Patti Ann is the embodiment of grace and ancient wisdom. She’s incredibly sweet-natured, gentle in her approach, and attuned to the unspoken. A quiet observer, she notices what others might miss reading subtle energy shifts, responding with calm cues, and always holding a peaceful presence.

Though she is soft and passive around Traveler, she remains the alpha mama of the herd not through dominance, but through reverence. Patti Ann is the wise one, the keeper of the land, and a grounding force at Traveler Ranch. Children and guests alike often sense her intuitive brilliance like she knows things about them they haven’t yet discovered in themselves.

The one who’s been here before and quietly remembers everything.

To us, Patti Ann isn’t just a part of the ranch.  She is the ranch.

Flower

“The Gentle Bloom”

Born and bred by Greenland Gypsy Farm, Flower, whose registered name is Spring Bouquet, is a living expression of softness and quiet strength. A half-sister to Traveler, she shares the same sire, EW Colin of Brecken Hill, and carries that lineage with grace rather than force.

Flower is tender, intuitive, and deeply present. She moves through the world with a calm steadiness that immediately puts others at ease. There is nothing hurried about her, her rhythm invites slowing down, breathing deeper, and settling into the moment.  Her energy is gentle yet confident, offering reassurance without asking for attention.

Often drawn to those who need comfort, Flower has a way of standing quietly beside you, as if she understands exactly what is needed without being told.   She is especially beloved by children and first-time riders, not because she demands trust, but because she earns it patiently, naturally, and without effort.
Flower is the soft bloom of the ranch a reminder that tenderness is a form of wisdom, and that beauty often reveals itself in the quietest ways.

Traveler

The Soul of the Ranch”

Born on October 22, 2020, and bred by Greenland Gypsy Farm, Traveler is a Black Piebald Gypsy Horse with four white feathered feet, a striking white blaze, and a heart full of purpose. He carries the lineage of greatness sired by EW Collin of Brackenhill from the UK and out of Greenland Patti Ann and yet, it’s his presence, not just his pedigree, that leaves the deepest imprint.

Traveler is highly intelligent and uncannily aware a horse who feels like he’s already lived lifetimes. Determined, willing, and sensitive to even the quietest energy, he learns quickly and leads gracefully. Watching him move is like watching water dance fluid, soft, and mesmerizing. His gait is a masterpiece in motion elegant, powerful, and unforgettable.

Around the ranch, he’s lovingly known as Monkey a nickname that hints at his playful curiosity and occasional mischief.  But beneath the humor lives a healer, a partner, and a mirror.  He reads people intuitively, often standing close to those who need grounding, connection, or calm.

Traveler isn’t just a horse he’s the heartbeat of this land. A companion to children. A sacred presence in our programs. And to me, he is forever home.
